Privacy Policy

Confidence, like art, never comes

from having all the answers it comes

from being open to all the questions.

1. Personal information we collect

Shenzhen Longgang District Titis Technology Studio (Individual Industrial and Commercial Household), operating the brand TTTise (website: tttise.cn; Unified Social Credit Code: 92440300MA5H9RJG6W; email: support@tttise.cn; phone: 13415932538), is the personal information processor for this Site. To register and identify you, we may collect your email address, password (stored in hashed form), display name, and optional profile fields you choose to provide (such as avatar, city, bio, education, or work experience). Profile fields you leave blank are not required for basic use of the Services.

When you visit or use our Services, we may process technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, click and interaction events, login times, and similar logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated profiling. We may use limited personalization and fraud-prevention signals to protect accounts and payments.

If you sign in with Google or GitHub OAuth, we receive basic account identifiers that those providers share with your consent (typically email, name, and avatar URL). We do not receive your Google or GitHub password.

2. Purpose of processing

As the personal information processor, TTTise processes your personal information for the following purposes, limited to what is necessary to provide the Services:

Create and manage your member account, authenticate you, and provide registered-user features.

Process orders, deliver digital products and course access, manage Pro membership periods, and handle invoices or billing inquiries.

Respond to support requests you submit through the contact channels on the Site.

Maintain security (including bot checks), prevent fraud and abuse, generate aggregated non-identifying statistics, and improve Site reliability and content.

3. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your password and OAuth-linked accounts secure. Do not share login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact support@tttise.cn promptly.

Registration, login, and certain forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Turnstile may process limited device and interaction signals under Cloudflare's terms.

We do not store WeChat Pay payment passwords or bank card numbers on TTTise servers. Payment credentials are handled by WeChat Pay during checkout.

For security reasons, sensitive account actions may require re-authentication. Platform safety also depends on your careful use and storage of passwords and devices.

4. Payment processing

When you purchase memberships, courses, or digital products on TTTise, payment is processed via WeChat Pay. We receive order identifiers, amounts, currency, payment status, and related transaction metadata needed to deliver your purchase and show billing history in your account.

WeChat Pay processes payment under its own rules and privacy policy. TTTise only receives what is necessary to confirm payment and fulfill the order.

For billing questions, contact support@tttise.cn. Our refund rules for digital goods are described in the Refund Policy.

5. Communications and choices

We may send transactional emails that are necessary to operate your account (for example login, purchase, or security notices). With your consent where required, we may also send product updates or marketing messages related to TTTise services.

Where account settings allow, you can manage marketing preferences in your profile. You may also unsubscribe using the instructions in marketing emails.

You may request account deletion or exercise other rights described in section 8 by contacting support@tttise.cn. Deleting your account does not automatically create a refund right for prepaid periods.

6. Retention period

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and maintain your account, and thereafter for the period required to meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or security obligations. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize the information as practicable.

Typical retention periods (unless a longer period is required by law):

Account registration data: while your account remains open, then up to 3 years after deletion or last activity for security and dispute handling.

Order, payment metadata, and invoice records: generally 5 years to meet accounting and consumer-dispute needs.

Security and access logs (IP, device, login events): generally up to 6 months, or longer if needed to investigate abuse.

Marketing preference records: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, then as needed to evidence that withdrawal.

7. Sharing and entrusted processing

We do not sell your personal information. To operate the Site we may share or entrust processing of personal information to the following categories of recipients, only as needed for the stated purposes:

Business transfers:

In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets, personal information may be transferred to a successor that continues to provide the Services, subject to this Privacy Policy or equivalent protections.

Service providers / partners:

WeChat Pay (payment processing); Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection); Google and/or GitHub (only if you choose OAuth sign-in); email delivery providers used to send transactional or support messages; and hosting/infrastructure providers that store Site data. Each processes information under its own terms for the limited purpose of helping us provide the Services.

Some providers may process data outside mainland China (for example OAuth identity providers or global CDN/security services). Where cross-border transfer occurs, we take measures required under applicable PRC personal information protection rules, including informing you through this Policy and obtaining consent where legally required. By using OAuth or security features that rely on those providers, you acknowledge such processing as described here.

Separate consent for cross-border processing: Google and GitHub OAuth sign-in involves providing limited account identifiers to those overseas providers. Before redirecting you to Google or GitHub, we ask you to confirm that notice. If you do not agree, use email registration/login instead. Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited device signals for security; it is necessary to protect forms and is described here and in the Cookies Policy.

8. Your rights

Under applicable PRC personal information protection laws, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information, subject to legal exceptions:

Right to know and access.

You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and access a copy of the information we hold about you, where permitted by law.

Right to correction.

You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

Right to deletion.

You may request deletion when processing is no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn (where processing was based on consent), or processing violates law, subject to retention required by law or for security and dispute resolution.

Right to restrict or refuse.

You may request restriction of processing or refuse certain processing that is not necessary to provide the core Services, where the law allows.

Right to withdraw consent.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Withdrawal may limit related optional features.

Right regarding automated decisions.

If we make a decision with significant effect solely through automated means, you may request an explanation and refuse such a decision where required by law. TTTise does not currently use solely automated decisions of that kind for membership or purchases.

To exercise these rights, email support@tttise.cn with (i) your identity (registered email and sufficient information to verify you) and (ii) the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for additional verification before responding.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may also seek remedies through competent PRC authorities or courts as provided by law.

Exercising these rights is generally free of charge. We may decline or charge a reasonable fee for requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, where permitted by law.

We aim to respond to verified requests within 15 days. Complex requests may take longer where the law allows; we will explain if we need more time or cannot fully fulfill a request.

9. Minors

The Services are intended for adults and for minors only with guardian involvement as required by law. If you are under 14, do not create an account or submit personal information without your guardian's consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 14 without required guardian consent, we will delete it as soon as practicable.

When registering (including via OAuth), you must confirm that you are at least 14 years old, or that your legal guardian has consented to your registration and use of the Services.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies mainly to keep you signed in, remember preferences, process checkout, and protect the Site. Please read our

Cookies Policy

for details about the cookies we use and how you can control them in your browser.

11. Changes

We will update this Privacy Policy when required by law or when our processing practices change materially. We will post the updated version on this page and, where required, provide additional notice.
