1. Introduction, acceptance and general conditions

By accessing our website and/or using our services (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Site is operated by Shenzhen Longgang District Titis Technology Studio (Individual Industrial and Commercial Household) (the "Operator"), trading as the brand TTTise, at tttise.cn (Unified Social Credit Code: 92440300MA5H9RJG6W; ICP filing: 粤ICP备2026110467号-1). References to "TTTise", "we", or "us" mean the Operator unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access the Site or use the Services.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes that affect paid users will, where practicable, be notified through the Site or by email. Continued use of the Site after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where mandatory law requires a different acceptance method.

We strive to keep Site information accurate and Services available, but we do not warrant that all information is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times. Content and Services are provided for general use and may not meet every individual need.

Materials on the Site are owned by the Operator or its licensors. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited. Content may not be used for commercial purposes unless expressly authorized by us or by the license that accompanies a purchased product.

2. Services and Products Offered by TTTise

TTTise provides digital products and online services for designers, developers, and creative professionals. Access is through the Site. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator.

We may modify, update, or discontinue certain Services or products to improve functionality, respond to market needs, or comply with law. We will update the Site and these Terms as needed. Changes do not reduce remedies you retain under mandatory law for prepaid periods already paid.

2.1 Pro membership:

Users may purchase prepaid Pro plans (such as Basic, Professional, International, and Enterprise where offered) for member benefits including Market and course discounts and related features. Plan details and pricing are shown on the Plans page.

2.2 Academy:

TTTise offers online courses for creative professionals. Courses may be purchased individually. Access rules for each offering are described on the Site at the time of purchase.

When a course is purchased individually, it is associated with the buyer account. Access remains available while the course remains offered on the Site and your account remains in good standing, unless otherwise stated at purchase.

2.3 Market:

TTTise Market is an official catalogue of digital products operated by the Operator — including UI kits, assets, fonts, and templates — for designers and developers. Products are listed and sold by the Operator; the Market is not an open marketplace for third-party sellers.

Purchased Market items are tied to the buyer account and may be downloaded from the Asset Library while the product remains available on the Site and your account remains in good standing.

You may use purchased files only under the license stated on the product page or in the download package.

Unless a license expressly allows it, you may not resell, redistribute, or share downloadable source files as standalone products.

You may not scrape, bulk-download, or reverse-engineer the Site beyond normal personal use of purchased downloads.

Preview media on Market is illustrative; the deliverable is the downloadable package described at checkout.

We may update, replace, or remove listings when needed for quality, licensing, or legal reasons. If a paid product becomes unavailable due to our decision and cannot reasonably be replaced, we will handle the matter in accordance with mandatory law and our Refund Policy.

2.4 Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not use the Site to upload malware, infringe intellectual property, harass others, bypass paywalls or security controls, or engage in any activity that is unlawful under the laws of the People's Republic of China. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, subject to mandatory law.

3. Fees & Payments

Access to certain Services and products may require fees. Fee types and amounts depend on the offering you select. Payments are completed as one-time charges via WeChat Pay for individual purchases and for each prepaid Pro membership period (monthly or annual).

3.1 Common Payment Terms

By purchasing paid Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Checkout is processed through WeChat Pay. We do not store WeChat Pay credentials for automatic recurring charges.

After access is granted, fees remain payable whether or not you use the content or Services. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may suspend or remove access for offerings that have not been paid in full.

We may offer promotions or discounts from time to time. The applicable price is the price shown at the time of purchase. Only offerings clearly marked as free are free of charge.

You must complete payment with a WeChat Pay account you are authorized to use.

We may change fees or begin charging for previously free Services. Changes apply to future purchases only and do not affect fees already paid for an active prepaid period.

3.2 One-Time Payments

Some offerings require a one-time fee, payable in advance and in full at purchase, including but not limited to:

Other paid digital access offered on the Site

3.3 Pro Membership Periods and Renewal

Pro membership is sold as a prepaid access period (monthly or annual). After successful WeChat Pay checkout, access lasts for the paid period shown in Billing → Membership.

We do not automatically renew Pro membership and do not auto-debit your payment method. To continue after the end date, purchase another period on the Plans page with WeChat Pay.

If payment is not completed, that paid period will not be granted. Existing paid access is not extended without a successful payment.

We may change membership prices for future purchases. Updated prices on the Plans page apply only to new checkouts, not to periods already paid.

When requesting invoices, keep billing information accurate. Incomplete information may delay invoice processing.

5. Termination

We may discontinue or adjust Services for operational, security, or legal reasons. If we permanently discontinue a prepaid Service before the end of a paid period for reasons not attributable to you, we will provide a reasonable remedy consistent with mandatory law (such as continued access for the remaining paid period where feasible, a substitute offering, or a proportionate refund).

You may stop using the Services at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Stopping use does not by itself create a refund right for prepaid periods.

If you materially breach these Terms or applicable intellectual property rules, we may suspend or terminate access after notice where practicable, or immediately where needed to stop ongoing harm, fraud, or illegal activity. Prepaid rights remain subject to mandatory law.

We may notify you of termination at the email associated with your account. After termination we may delete account data, except where retention is required by law or needed for dispute resolution and security.

6. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules).

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court at the place of the Operator's domicile (Longgang District, Shenzhen) that has jurisdiction under PRC law.
