Refund Policy

1. Refunds

1.1 General

All paid products and Services on TTTise are digital goods or digital access. Once payment is completed and access or download is granted, sales are generally final and non-refundable. Exceptions apply where: (a) mandatory consumer protection or other mandatory law of the People's Republic of China requires a refund or other remedy; (b) we fail to deliver the purchased digital content or access as described at checkout for reasons attributable to us and cannot reasonably cure the failure; or (c) we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Breach of these Terms by you does not by itself create a refund entitlement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Services or these Terms, subject to mandatory law regarding prepaid access already paid.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits remedies we must provide under applicable mandatory law.

Deleting your profile or account does not entitle you to a refund for unused prepaid time or downloads already made available.

This policy applies to all paid offerings, including but not limited to:

Pro membership (monthly or annual periods)

Individual academy courses

Market digital products

Other paid digital access on the Site

Except for the exceptions in section 1.1, such purchases are final once access or download is granted.

1.2 Cancellation of membership periods

Because Pro membership is prepaid and not auto-renewed, there is no recurring charge to cancel. You may mark membership as ended early in Billing → Membership for your own records.

You keep Pro access until the paid end date shown in Billing. Unused time within a paid period is not refunded except under section 1.1.

Digital membership content and digital downloads may be provided or unlocked immediately after payment. By completing checkout you acknowledge immediate provision of digital content. Under PRC law, online digital content of this kind is generally not subject to a statutory cooling-off / seven-day no-reason return right that applies to certain offline or physical goods; mandatory remedies for non-delivery or product defects attributable to us still apply.

Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of a paid period.

1.3 Plan Change Policy

Where multiple membership plans are offered, plan changes are not permitted during an active paid period, including upgrades and downgrades.

To switch plans, wait until the current paid period ends, then purchase the desired plan on the Plans page.
